Drawing Giant Skulls at the NGV - Tuesday 8th April 3-5pm

Join me on the last days of the NGV Triennial exhibition to draw the incredible Ron Meuck's Giant Skull installation. Meet either in the cafe at 2.30 or at the Information Desk at the base of the escalator at 3pm to gather portable chair and then go up to the first floor. There I will teach you some basics of anatomy and the art of drawing a skull and we will sketch in our journals - bring your own journal and pencils (no other materials allowed in the gallery unfortunately). We will have to work with the other people in the space, but there is plenty to see and draw and we can find discrete spots. It will be a small group with maximum six students for this session. We will gather at the end and share our experience. If you are scared of drawing in public and want to get over it, this is a great class for you!
